This course encompasses the Regenerate Phase of the Regenerate & Rehab Method (R2M) to eliminate chronic pain.
The premise of R2M is that rehabilitation of chronic pain is insufficient if there is no strategy to enhance tissue regeneration. The soft tissues (cartilage, ligaments, tendons, fascia, muscles) are uniquely involved in pain generation, so optimizing the healing of these tissues will result in better outcomes. That's the focus of this course.
The Regenerate Phase teaches lifestyle modification interventions to eliminate common barriers to healing, and specialized nutrition for repairing and strengthening soft tissues. It precedes rehabilitation efforts for at least three months and continues indefinitely.
The Rehabilitation Phase teaches home-care techniques to alleviate pain, prevent further deterioration and improve function (strength, flexibility and coordination) of the treated area. There is a separate R2M rehab course for the neck, shoulder, upper back; arm, wrist and hand; low back, sciatica, knee, foot, temporo-mandibular joint (jaw), tension headaches and fibromyalgia.
All courses incorporate instructional slideshows, demonstration videos, supporting documents, and links to the "secret" weapons I use to fight pain.
You must complete this Regenerate Phase course and execute the action steps for several months before you begin your separate rehab program. It is a mandatory part of the overall R2M strategy of healing and rebuilding the pain-generating tissues first, and then doing exercises and special home therapy techniques to make the changes permanent.
Dan Perez, D.C. graduated Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 1995. He ran a large practice in San Francisco, California (USA) where he treated patients suffering from a variety of musculoskeletal conditions; particularly pain affecting the neck, back, shoulder and upper extremities.
Currently, his practice is solely dedicated to telemedicine rehabilitation via online home-study courses.
Dr. Perez is certified in the McKenzie System of Musculoskeletal Diagnosis and Therapy (Lumbar Spine), or M.D.T., a well-researched form of manual therapy that emphasizes an active approach to resolving spinal pain. Many physical therapists, chiropractors and sports physicians throughout the world rely on this system to help their patients get out of pain.

Put and End to Pain and Its Limitations on Your Life and Happiness, Once and For All.
If you are burdened by back, neck or joint pain and have not had success with your physical therapist, chiropractor or M.D., the R2M Pain Rehab Course might be the missing link you seek.
You will discover the methods I use to treat patients for various pain presentations; methods that you can do yourself and with the help of an assistant.
These are highly specific techniques; many of which I developed myself after years of trial and error so you won't find them anywhere else!
There is really no cost to these courses-- it is a small investment in your health, happiness and quality of life, and a "last chance" intervention to not be dependent on dangerous pain medications.
Best of all, you have a money back guarantee. I truly want to help you get out of pain, and I'm excited to offer you my best advice in this course.
To Your Health and Happiness,
Dan Perez, D.C.
